The smell that comes out of the oven when this bread is being baked is unbelievable - mature cheddar melted with smoked paprika from Belazu
This bread is made in the same way as my other artisan sourdoughs - using only time, water, salt and the fabulous Shipton Mill organic flour. Delicious with a smidgen or more of butter. I eat it with salads or more cheese - my son eats it straight from the oven!
Ingredients: wheat flour, mature cheddar cheese, rye flour, Belazu Smoked Paprika, salt. (Allergens in bold)
