At last - some Viennoiserie. An all-French Butter Croissant made by hand using traditional methods. These take 3 days to prepare and plenty of physical work! Specialist flour and butter are used for these delights.


Ingredients: T45 French Wheat Flour; French 84% Fat Butter; Whole Milk; Sugar; Whole Milk Powder; Whole egg; Sea Salt; Yeast; Barley Malt Syrup. Made in an environment where nuts and other common allergens are present.
