A slightly enriched dough (a touch of butter and milk used) means this loaf is softer and fluffier. This artisan sourdough bread is made with organic white and wholewheat flours and has wonderful depth of flavour due to the natural starter and long proving time. Baked in a tin so it is perfect for sandwiches and toast. The bread can be frozen - slice before wrapping tightly and freezing - toast for breakfast available all week!
Available as a large or regular tin loaf.
