These went down a storm at the St Margarets Christmas Market. Delicious frangipane, orange-soaked fruit and candied peel all wrapped up in a soft bun. This is then finished with an orange glaze, almonds and orange icing.
Ingredients: wheat flour, milk, sugar, butter, mixed fruit (raisins, sultanas, currants), candied peel, almonds, egg, salt, mixed spice. (Allergens in bold)
