
Another favourite bun! A classic pairing of lemon and poppyseed but in bun form. Using my sweet dough which remains fluffy and soft, these buns are filled with sugar, butter, poppyseeds and lemon zest. They are twisted and shaped in a typically Norwegian way and finished with a lemon glaze icing.
Ingredients: wheat flour, milk, caster sugar, butter, egg, lemon (juice and zest), poppyseeds, sea salt.. (Allergens in bold)
