Enriched dough flavoured with freshly ground cardamon and a cardamon, butter and sugar filling, these classic Swedish buns are commonly eaten for fika - cherished time with others accompanied with a snack and often with a cup of coffee. Here, a cup of tea is allowed and I love them for breakfast too.
