Now made with Stoates Stoneground flours. A lovely artisan loaf with incredible flavour due to the inclusion of spelt and wholemeal flours. The natural wild yeasts from the starter gives this bread a wonderful complex flavour. Delicious when fresh or toasted. Made with only flour water and salt. As with all Lucy's Loaves products, made with organic flour.
