A fantastic everyday bread that has the wonderful complex flavour due to the natural yeasts in the starter.
Just flour, water and salt, this mainly white artisan sourdough bread is made with 20% Wholemeal and 10% rye, using organic flours from Shipton Mills.
regular (725g dough) and large (1000g dough)
