A delicious sourdough bread made which includes sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, golden linseeds, millet and pumpkin seeds - 5 different grains and seeds! The sunflower and sesame seeds are toasted to add even more flavour. These are all wrapped up in a 30% wholegrain loaf.
This bread has a wonderful nutty flavour from the seeds.
