A white, rye and wholewheat bread which is very versatile - delicious with soup or toasted with butter, I am sure you'll find lots of ways to eat this bread. A traditional sourdough made with 20% wholemeal flour and 10% rye to give incredible flavour. As with all my products, this bread is made using organic flour from Shipton Mills.
