A new take on an enriched dough bun - sticky and bursting with the aromatic flavour of freshly-ground cardamon, with the tartness of lemons. These buns are first plaited and then rolled. "Flipping delish - The best buns I've tasted!" says a happy husband (usually my harshest critic).
Ingredients: wheat flour, milk, sugar, butter, egg, whole milk powder, lemon (zest and juice), salt, cardamon, yeast. (Allergens in bold)
