
A lovely take on a classic Swedish treat.
Made with an enriched sourdough sweet dough resulting in a soft texture and laminated with vanilla sugar butter, these are then filled with a dollop of vanilla custard sprinkled with a shaving of nutmeg. Once baked, they are brushed with a vanilla syrup and rolled in sugar.
