
A delicious cake/slice that I have wanted to make since trying one at a cafe on the south coast. A moist crumb from the polenta, lemon zest to add zing, a touch of cardamon to make the blueberries shine and a crumble topping.
A classic traybake. Perfect as an afternoon snack or as a dessert, perhaps with a dollop of creme fraiche.
Ingredients: Blueberries, sugar, wheat flour, butter, polenta, whole eggs, yogurt, baking powder, lemon zest, cardamon, salt. (Allergens in BOLD. Made in a kitchen where all common allergens may be present)
