My fluffy brioche type dough filled with spiced mixed fruit and topped with a lovely glaze.
Ingredients: Wheat flour; whole milk; sugar; whole eggs; butter; raisins; sultanas, apple, orange peel, milk powder; salt; vanilla; rum, mixed spice. (Allergens in bold. Made in a kitchen where common allergens maybe present)
