How can 3 ingredients taste so good and be so nutritious?
I have been working on the bread for a while.
A lovely tasty artisan loaf that is higher in fibre due to the including 100% whole wheat flour. The natural wild yeasts from the starter gives this bread a wonderful complex flavour. Delicious when fresh or toasted. Made with only flour water and salt. As with all Lucy's Loaves products, made with organic flour.
This loaf is best eaten the morning after baking to allow the crumb to "settle".
