NOW WITH LEMON CURD.
Another favourite bun! A classic pairing of lemon and poppyseed but in bun form. Using my sweet dough with poppyseeds which remains fluffy and soft, these buns are filled with sugar, butter, and lemon zest. These also have a lovely puddle of homemade lemon curd in the centre (not pictured).
Ingredients: wheat flour, milk, caster sugar, butter, egg, lemon (juice and zest), poppyseeds, sea salt.. (Allergens in bold)
