This bread does not disappoint! A cheesy bread with a subtle flavour of jalapeños - not spicy, just warm.
This bread is made in the same way as my other artisan sourdoughs - using only time, water, salt and the fabulous Shipton Mill organic flour. Delicious with a smidgoen or more of butter. I eat it with soup or more cheese - my son eats it straight from the oven!
Ingredients: wheat flour, mature cheddar cheese, rye flour, jalapeño chillis (red and green), salt. (Allergens in bold) Made in an environment where other common allergens are present.
