
The smell of this bread as it leaves the oven is just divine. Delicious with soup or toasted with butter, I am sure you'll find lots of ways to eat this bread. A traditional sourdough with cheddar and freshly milled black pepper laminated into the dough. Before baking, the loaf is rolled in poppyseeds to give an amazing crunchy crust. As with all my products, this bread is made using organic flour from Shipton Mills.
