
This is such a pretty loaf of bread, studded with Earl Grey-infused fruit (raisins, sultanas, currants, dates and dried apricots). It is made with 25% wholewheat flour. Delicious on it's own with just butter, but also wonderful with jams or marmalade. I like it toasted with cream cheese and honey. The crust is soft-ish and the crumb is very tender.
As with all my breads and buns, this loaf is naturally leavened and takes 36 hours to make. Regenerative WildFarmed Flour is used.
