A lovely tasty artisan loaf that is higher in fibre due to the inclusion of a fantastic malted wheat flour. The natural wild yeasts from the starter gives this bread a wonderful complex flavour. Delicious when fresh or toasted. Made with only flour water and salt. As with all Lucy's Loaves products, made with organic flour.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, malted wheat flour, malted wheat flakes, salt. (Allergens in bold, made in an environment that contains many common allergens)
