Bruern Farms is based in the Cotswolds and they grow, blend and stone- mill all their flour. This grain for this flour is blended in the field from modern population wheats and then the stone milling preserves nutrients and oils which enhances the flavour of this bread. The grain is even fully traceable to the field in which it was grown.
