A stunner of a cake - made with ricotta, olive oil and orange. A hint of Cardamon adds an intriguing depth. The glaze is orange and cardamon.
Baked as individual cakes, these cakes are moist and more-ish. Perfect as an afternoon snack or as a dessert, perhaps with a dollop of creme fraiche.

Ingredients: Ricotta, olive oil, whole eggs, wheat flour, caster sugar, icing sugar, baking powder, lorange (zest & juice), cardamon, baking powder, salt (Allergens in BOLD. Made in a kitchen where all common allergens may be present)
