Potato makes these buns incredibly soft!
Light and fluffy with a light, golden crust. These are made with an enriched, brioche-type dough with milk, eggs and butter. These take 2 days to make and, when baked, are topped with sesame seeds.
These freeze really well just slice through, then freeze. They can be toasted or grilled from frozen. I just grill the cut side for a couple of minutes.
