A delicious vegan treat bursting with fruit - raisins, sultanas, currants and homemade candied orange peel. A special mixed spice blend and whole orange puree add depth to the flavour. The buns are brushed with a spice infused syrup after baking.
As with all my sourdough goods, these hot cross buns are naturally leavened and take 36 hours to make. Organic Shipton Mill Flour is used.
