A delicious sourdough bread with a hint of summer. The loaf is dotted with sun-dried tomato, marinated in rosemary. Before baking, the loaf is rolled in sunflower seeds to give an amazing crunchy crust. As with all my products, this bread is made using organic flour from Shipton Mills.
Please note - these loaves will be boule shaped.
Ingredients: White Wheat flour, Wholewheat flour, Sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, Rosemary, sea salt. (allergens in bold)
